Sliding Door in 09 sienna middle bracket scraping after much use

Hi All, I have an 09 sienna that is modified for wheelchair access through the right sliding door.. Because of that the door has been used more than most. I noticed that the middle hinge/bracket was scraping in places along the van body because it’s at a lower angle than the opposite side -like with age and all the extra use the whole door has kind of sagged down a bit – and so it was not clearing the body of the car completely. Has anyone else encountered this problem? The mechanic who also handles all of the modification parts of the van changed out that bracket for a new one, however, it’s angle is still lower than the other side, so although it is clearing the van now, it’s only just barely doing so - maybe by a millimeter or two, whereas there’s almost a centimeter on the other side. I didn’t go through the dealer because it’s difficult since there is no drivers seat, so often they won’t look at my van. Just wondering if anybody else has had to do this and if anything other than replacing the bracket was attempted. Tia!
