i just got a 2021 XSE Sienna. the stock all-season tires won't cut it in our nasty slippery winters. i don't want to mess with switching to snow tires every year either too much hassle even if they are the best for some places. a couple years back we tried all-weather tires on our subaru and they were awesome in bad winter weather no swapping needed. stuff like Michelin CrossClimate+ (what we picked), Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady or Nokian WRG4. they are legit for snowy areas with the 3 peak mountain and snowflake marks. anyone tried these especially the CrossClimate+ or SUV version on their Sienna? is it worth it? im thinking of ditching the factory tires soon though maybe I should test them in snow first.

You know there's this newer all weather tires, the Michelin CrossClimate2 , available on 2021 XSE AWD tire size, I've seen the review, and it looks perfect. I actually really looking forward to replacing mine with this tires

I've tried it on a different car a few months ago, it's qutite impressive. Not on the same level as a winter tire, but pretty darn good

I say go for it,those all-weather tires are really going to make a differenc for winter driving without the hassle of switching them out. Both the Michelin CrossClimate 2 and the Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady would be an excelent fit for your Sienna, especially since they have that snowflake rating. I've used CrossClimate 2s on my car, and they perform really well in the snow while still giving you a good feel for the road. There's no point in testing the stock tires if you're already aware of their limitations

If you already know all seasons aren't gonna cut it where you live, don't waste time testing them in snow, swap them out before they let you down. The CrossClimate+ is good, It's not a pure snow tire, but it's the closest you'll get without the hassle.

@WhenTheMusicOver The SUV versions should fit your Sienna well but still, testing your factory tires first in snow can give you a good baseline before making the switch.

Since you've already had great luck with all-weather tires on the Subaru, how much difference do you expect the CrossClimate+ will make on your Sienna compared to the stock set in heavy winter conditions?
