Higher miles ok? New to Sienna

Hello…I’ve been a Honda Odyssey owner for years and loved them, but thinking about switching to the sienna.
I found a 2020 that has 186k miles on it but it has been meticulously maintained (they kept all the service records) and owned by a grandma that I know through a friend.
It’s WAY higher miles than I was planning on getting, but given the year I’m sure they’re mostly highway miles.

Wondering if anyone here has any advice on if I should be wary of this high mileage? Or given the year and its maintenance history (and Toyota being Toyota) I should consider it.
Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

Even though you know the previous owner and you are sure that it has been meticulously maintained i would still suggest you get a pre-purchase inspection from a trusted mechanic to make sure everything is okay, just in case.
