I have a 2022 le sienna and I was wondering if it's possible to update the taillights to the xse trim? There is a pair for sale in my area for a solid price, but I wanna make sure they fit and I can plug them in

sounds like a cool mod but i'm not entirely sure that the XSE tail lights will bolt right in to your Sienna.. bec XSE uses LEDs and your LE has regular bulbs, they prolly won't just plug in and work. Let's see what the other say

Yes, they will fit physically because the housings are the same, but the taillight wiring and connectors on the 2022 LE and XSE differ. Either repinning the connectors or, if one is available, using an adapter harness are your options. Additionally, see if the XSE lights have any extra features (such as sequential signals) that your LE's BCM might not be able to support without additional wiring or coding. It's a clean upgrade if you know how to do simple wiring modifications
